If you edit your training, go on activity type and select new type --> enter here. And then write running. And you also wrote 30 seconds instead of 30minutes. :) 3000 should be entered to get 30'00" :)

Super, now you can choose intensity from 1 to 5. From easy to hard, but maybe it was 3. Ne znam. :)
