That's the problem with trying to workout twice a day while working long hours. The same issue I run into, and for me especially now that I have to teach again in the mornings.

You may have to choose which you will do, if nothing else I would say still put in all the run days/hours, but try to be fresh for both your long run and sprint day, everything else you can chill on.
