I meant flying around 5km park runs. No one was flying at Brierley today.

No one apart from Mark burley (into a fence - major arm bleed/cuts)

90 seconds, 2 mins - no biggie! :)

And Clive (for an M50)..... his min/km would have put him 6 mins ahead and he had 2.5km and an extra 90m climb more!!!

Good race - did you both RG it ?

That amount of climb would be an unforgivable planning sin here, they are very soft on climb.

No RG as yet. Will do if becomes available.

@Scrappy. Yes Clive would have won comfortably but the Black course had less climb per km therefore I think his mpk might have been slightly slower.

Agree with Charlie. Our course was steeper on average. . . if our course had bolted on another 2km fairly flat, I certainly could have banged out a couple of faster kms. Clive knows the area incredibly well too! ... yeah of course he's faster! :)
