especially when it's cold wet and windy: plays havoc with my lumbago :-)

Needless to say, he is still in a huff about having to wake up si boxes when everyone else was air punching...

It's an understandable huff .. i'm just grateful the last few didn't need waking.
At least he got loads of ranking points in the prologue when the rest of us stuffed up.

That is not a good thing at all Jon!!! How the hell am I supposed to mount a defence to my 'best orienteering in the Ward household' after that!

Haha! You need to be more selective and only go to events in technical forests (in the meantime just insist that points from urban events don't count ;-) )
