That's an impressive amount of trespassing - you managed to hit properties on both sides of Gibbs Rd without actually riding on the road reserve once you were east of Taylor... :)

(for the record, Nearmap shows that the track on the road reserve itself is completely gone. Boundary track on the south side is better.)

Bloody mountain bikers think they can ride wherever they want to. I would never do anything like ride through private property, RPZs or the like.

LOL. I could see that the road reserve once had a track on it, but it was very overgrown. They should really turn it into a bike path, because that would finally provide a safe option to ride between Armadale and the Atwell/Success area.

You forget that spending money on bike paths takes away money that could otherwise be spent fixing roads (I was told last week that roads are designed for cars and that bikes have no business being on them).

You made it through to the back of bioscience. Which is where Ann Smithson use to work.

If there's a road reserve through there, it might make a better running loop than riding.

You could probably get through on foot, but would have to climb a few fences. The road reserve is not very good for running though, so you'd have to bush bash or trespass.
