Thanks, I like that kind of thing. If you couldn't tell. ;) And I DO need to remember how while I was doing well on paper, my hips were pretty toasted, and relaxing for the last 8 miles was a very, very nice change of pace. ;)

"relaxing for the last 8 miles" - I know what you mean, here, but only on a theoretical level... :)

Hope your hips are feeling better. I'm doing a hip opening/stretching class tonight in Swat if you have the ability to join!

Otherwise I'm available for lunchtime one-on-one sessions that could involve either yoga or lunch. Actually, I'd love to connect with you sometime this week for lunch or a beer right after work! I want to hear all about the race firsthand but I can't come to Wed dinner again this week. LMK.

The perspective you get on long distances and times ('the last little 100 minutes') is pretty bizarre! :)

Hips are achy, but not terrible ... so is the rest of my body. ;) A beer sounds great ... maybe Thursday?
