That´s the type of coach we all need...
Yes, I have a mental picture of him wearing a cap with a whistle around his neck, jumping up and down while yelling at me from the side of the trail.
If it's any consolation, he's like that too while I'm getting my skis on as I head out. "Get the lead out, let's go, that trail won't ski itself..."
Ha! People pay big money for coaching like that! (although I guess your "coach" does get free room and board, medical and dental, 365 vacations days a year, etc.)
He is well compensated - that's for sure. He does have to work two days a week in the dental office, greeting and relaxing patients.

I guess I could work as a coach under those conditions too - don´t know about working in the dental office though...
You'd enjoy the commute through the forest. And who knows? Maybe you'd enjoy getting your tummy rubbed by the patients. ;)
