Yup, that's why I haven't ticked off pull ups yet! All these advanced skills do have a clearly suggested modification though, and for pull ups it's much easier (jumping pull ups). Maybe one day I should tick them off. Not today!
It just seems like the algorithm should know that if it's giving you a new skill, it should start with a small number. Maybe that's too much to ask.
I think this is an area they could really improve on - perhaps just giving you a set of 10 after another workout for a couple of weeks so that you can practice (like they do on hell days/weeks), before throwing them into workouts. But yeah, maybe that's too much to ask right now.
