Be careful on Sydney roads! Look out for potholes & dodgy drivers especially.

Hi Keelan. A few Big Foot Orienteers ride on saturday morning too (me and Undy on AP) - we do the Akuna Bay loop, meeting at Mona Vale Road/Pentecost Avenue (usually) at 6:55, or at Mona Vale Road/Forrest Way at 7:08.
I guess getting there might be an issue: I don't recommend Ryde Road. If I was coming from Macquarie I would go either Christie/M2 or Talavera/Khartoum/Fontenoy to Ryde Road but get on the foot-bikepath there to Yanko Road then Andrew Av; bikepath through to Bicentennial Park; Lofberg Road; Inverallen Av; Yarrarra Road; Golfers Parade; Pymble Avenue; onto the foot-bikepath along Pacific Highway to the right turn at Telegraph Road and follow that to Mona Vale Road; left to Pentecost etc.
Re: "side bike path along mona vale road": at that time on Saturday morning cyclists own the left hand lane of the main road up until the big dip next to the Wildflower Gardens; onto the bike lane on the left from there.
