Very possible. With reports that various players (defense, industry, etc.) are working hard on miniaturization, the time may come when you see a dragonfly flitting around, you won't be sure if it's a dragonfly or a dragonfly drone.

Though if you saw a dragonfly flitting around here in the winter, you could be sure it was a drone!
