Lauf-ABC ? is it the same name in Swedish?

These are some basic running techniques exercises, "ABC" is just short for Alphabet in German, and "Lauf" means running, so you could translate it maybe to "running alphabet"?

Haha, yeah it is almost that name. We say "löpskolning" directly translated it is "run-schooling" ;)
