It would be great to go running with you for once. Any time! Monday lunchtime / afternoon any good for you? Either that or Megan and I are hosting trotettes next week I think if you fancy that instead.
I'm so unfit I saw murray and ANOther orienteer jogging 50m ahead of me on the meadows last night when I was running home. I decided I would put an effort in to catch them up, but failed miserably. The effort nearly killed me. So glad I am not doing the national!
Monday not good. Tues thurs or fri better. Do you work those days? Not sure I feel quite ready for trottettes especially a post national one.
You away at weekend? Might do park run on sat. Potential to be around the 27-28 min mark. The sad thing is that it feels a decent pace.
Dangerous stuff Tessa - you need to make sure that you can beat the in-laws before embarking on a park run! I have decided that until I think I can beat 20mins I'll steer clear of the park run. Never again then.
The only time I get to myself is 12-3:15 on Monday. Next Saturday maybe if you are around. Still can't believe you are back running! So good!
