I have been very lazy/reluctant to do anything resembling this for years even if I knew it would be good for me.
I finally jumped on the bandwagon and started in January and have been quite good at doing a mix of exercises - some "home-made" and some recommendations from physio - every night for about 30 minutes. It´s slowly getting to feel better and it makes wonders for your general fitness too - after a while.
Ya Leif, the key is to keep doing it. No excuses today - we are expecting 4-8 hours of freezing rain. So down to the exercise room!
