My knee - which I'd been protecting until that point - really started to give me gip on the way to #9 and I basically stopped concentrating on the map! Looked up, saw a control roughly at the right distance, although it was actually 50m further and on the wrong feature. Didn't even notice on leaving that I was crossing a marsh that I shouldn't have been crossing. Slowed up after that, trying to limp to the finish but I am totally crip tonight, knee sh*gged again. Oh well. It was nice to be out in the sunshine - I'm not too annoyed to have missed out on winning the Green by 9 minutes, because Terry would have lynched me for skewing the SOSOL points!

A good lesson to be more careful on Dumyat I guess! It was a lovely day and a nice place to run so still well worth the trip.
