But my point is not to big myself up. Rather that I don't see 95km as being unreasonable for you as a big week in your out-of-competition period. Everyone will tell you to "listen to your body", and if your body is saying "go go go", then it seems to me that you should, well, "go go go".
...and hopefully it will be a while before you need that many hours to get to 95km.
Yeah I agree. When I'm feeling good I should be doing good, big amounts of training... However the problem with last week is maybe I went a little past the stage of feeling good and into the survival stage of just trying to get to the end of the week uninjured/ill (finally freed myself of illness/injury and just got excited).
Need to have a bit more of a build up into the 95km weeks next time I think!!
