what shoes do you have now? shouldn't you be looking for more arch support as a sort of a temporary crutch (and not minimal like pegs)? in lieu of getting orthotics, in an effort to let that shit heal and then start increasing use of minimal-support-shoes once better? eff this foot shit lol. don't forget to keep burning witch hazel over your feet at night and 10 minutes of meditation in the morning to help heal the fascia. except on full moon days.
