Glad to see you've still got your erg. There have been times in the past 5 or 6 years of triathlon training when I've crocked myself so bad it's the almost the only aerobic thing I could do (maybe apart from the elliptical trainer in the gym). It adds a nice bit of winter variety and with a RowPro licence you can row/race online with like-minded idiots across the world :) Hope the knee gets fixed soon!
Thanks! still limping but it is improving. Erg has been hiding behind the sofa for a few years but i knew it would come in handy. Doing 2 * 5 mins pretty much all upper body - not wanting to put anything trough the legs yet. Likewise TT is 3 separate sessions but too lazy to record them individually ;-)
