Oh-oh, not good. Get well quick, and practice with those poles while you're healing.
Arggh, hope it's just a short term twinge. It's hard to get through months of ultra training without some unwanted time off.
Slight sprain or possible small tear of medial meniscus is physio best guess with out MRI good lord hopefully heal quick

I've had a small medial meniscus tear for about 10 years (seen on MRI). Once it settled down, it stopped hurting. Lots of strengthening of muscles around the knee helped. There were also some things to avoid for awhile - leg extensions, side lunges, etc.
Now she just drink her misery with me :(.
