Congrats man, you're on a pretty good shape! Stick with that and don't give practicing! Consistency is the golden rule

Thanks. At the moment I'm pretty stressed out, so the most I can do is like 3 runs a week. But seeing that I can't do more, I'm actually quite happy with where I am shapewise.
