I was near Connor for much of the race. I was doing the fast running and getting lost bit while he was very steady. He told me I had missed 12 when I went straight from 11 to 13.
Yes, I'm hoping that will develop a stronger technique than I have.
They have the advantage of starting young! Hard to teach an old dog new tricks.
I think I passed Connor around #4 but then he only finished a few minutes behind me, so he didn't stuff around on the course. By the time I had finished a short warm-down he was already back at the club house. :-)
