You just don't crawl out of the basement and run 6 miles on hard pavement and not expect to get sore and possibility hurt.

Yeah....that's what Sari said too. But I run so slowly these days, that it is hardly an aerobic workout. My NordicTrak/rower basement combo continues to provide the best workout I could ask for. Running, not so much.

Nice to see you're getting in some early spring bike rides. Must be very pleasant to go to the end of your driveway....and have miles of open countryside to enjoy.

Biking in the City continues to be a challenge.

Yep, you must have a few story's to share.
Might be worth it to carry some pepper spray.

Bring your bike up here on the train and we can ride however much you want!
