Speaking of public transport, if I am inclinded to go shopping down Brunswick/Smith St between events on Sat I can presumably catch a tram in that direction, from Bundoora?

Number 86 will take you down Smith St. Brunswick St about 500m from there. The outdoor stores have their outlets on Smith St.

Thought about going on foot (or tram), but don't think I would have made the connection that way either.
