here's the first week of phase 3 for my reference so don't have to pack the book . .
Q1: 60-70 min L + 8 ST
Q2: 10 min E + 16x200 R (200 jog recovery) + 1E
Q3: 20 min E + 4x600 (600 jog) + 4x200 (200 jog) + 15 min E
