And then followed up with a big paddling or rock climbing session this afternoon. There's still time....
yes well my Friday session is a full body session - I did think about just dropping legs but decided against it entirely and just allowing for rest.
but its a great ideal maybe I will go do plyometrics in the pool and just tie my legs together as to not kick and aggravate and then attempt to do rapid shoulder press obviously int eh deep end.
