Haha, it just raises the intensity 5x!! So tough!

It seems like most pools in NZ have belts available. It was only in Aus that I realised maybe that wasn't normal everywhere.

Yeah I tried to do it without a belt but just ended up drowning after about 10 seconds. Also its outrageous isn't it!! No belts, not even flutterboards.

Whats a flutter board? Yeh I have never been to a pool that supplies the belts. Thats pretty awesome that they do that

A flutterboard is like those rectangle foam things you hold with your hands and kick behind. Maybe you call them kickboards?

Ah what pool was this??? You are welcome to borrow ours of you so wish/I will join you haha. (Also are you talking about a float?:p) xxx

I went to Commonwealth cos I don't think I'm allowed in the uni pool. Definitely will borrow yours at some point if that's okay. And maybe...We call them flutterboards in NZ. At least I do anyway...

yeh kickboard. I never realised there were so many names for them! We have kickboards at pools in Australia although I always thought that they were just for the squad training and that they'd get angry if I used one.

Yeah kickboards were available in aus. But not aquajogging belts. Obviously we juat have more OAPs that need them for aqua aerobics in nz!
