2 months until we've been here 23 years...on north edge of the OKC metro area that sq miles wise is as large as LA with about 6 million fewer people I guess...just as they finally turned the 2 lane roads into 4 lane the traffic increased to match the road expansion.

Stupid Okie road rarely have much of a shoulder and unless they are a highway they are not paved so the two lane road thing was not good to run on outside neighborhood but I was running so little it did not matter.

As they expanded roads they added a sidewalk to one side...if the other side already had a sidewalk then you have 'good options' but some roads only have a sidewalk all the way on one side...poop...

I saw a girl today that cross the road just like I the middle of the 1 mile stretch...I thought she might have done it to honor me but I think she was wanting to get on the other side (my side) to get away from construction workers up ahead...anyway she did not glance my way so I jumped in front of a car due to my depression...ok no I didn't.

There are a lot of exercisers around now...runners, joggers, bikes, walkers, etc. I feel self-conscious of being older and slower but I'm still faster than most...but it sucks to get passed or out paced so much...I went decades literally when I was on my own no matter where and NO one ever passed me (not counting practice) girls that don't look like they are going that fast go off and leave me...

I guess I should get my walker out and look for assisted living place to much for the battle against time and aging.
