Discussion: Great career

Justin really had a great run as a coach (helped along by really strong supporting factors too, as he described in the article). Not too surprising to see him retire now, but sad to see him go. We saw them (Beckie, Justin, and kids) a bit in Gatineau, and we were kind of projecting ourselves into their shoes and feeling that at this point in one's life, sports can take a bit of a back seat...

A good run as the coach, but he was very much part of the "Canmore Bubble" that the previous Ex-Dir helped push (not sure on purpose or not). Also, could make a case that it was the Dave Wood era that established a lot of those athletes. Plus the showing of the womens team (and team Chandra as well).

However, on a positive there's no longer a conflict of interest with CBC using Beckie as their TV commentator.
