NE Ohio Orienteering will host a 12/6 hour ROGAINE in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park between Akron and Cleveland. Expect a great map because it will be a composite of five existing maps, including two used for the 2004 NAOC. Headquarters and cabin/tent lodging will be in a scout camp in the center of the venue. The October 8 date was set two weeks after NAOC so there would be a chance for recovery. One of the controls will be located in a corn maze! Registration will eventually be through the OUSA registration system, but for now, all the details are at http://neooc.com/python2016/. Come enjoy our lakes, trails, cliffs and hills during the beginning of fall color!

75 days before event date and after that, a late fee? really ?

The cutoff date may change, but it has to do with the large number of cabins we had to pre-pay. We can get our money back if registration numbers are low if we back out by a certain date.

All permissions including the corn maze have been granted, so this event in a national park is a go!
