so, it's funny you talk about the feet. i've been reading this yoga book about how foundationally important the feet are - that if you can work on spreading out the toes so you see space between them, that's really good and can help you avoid injury down the road. glad to hear you have strong feet! sorry about the other aches and pains, but whew! nice run, bro!
