Careful, dude. Trauma trouble can easily become overuse because the swelling pushes everything out of the way, so I'd hold off on training until the swelling is gone.
Maybe avoid impact stuff (running) and do some biking and erging?
swimming/pool running would be best - less range of motion. I speak from experience after a knee bruise took me out of commission for about 8 months back in 2007.
Good to know. It actually hurt the most biking to and from work today - sharp pain under the knee when pushing down. Same pain when walking downstairs. Ok, I will refrain from doing anything that makes it hurt (though I have to bike to and from school). Icing now! lots of core for the next few days? :)
