Hey Colin, not sure if you've had your team call yet this week, but we're all 'sposed to ask someone on the team what their training goals are this week.
So, what are you trying to accomplish this week?
Mine is tonight.
This week my goal is to print out a map and set a couple of points at a local park so I can work on setting a good pace for a sprint course. I haven't ran a sprint course since the Boston Sprint Camp so I definitely need to work on this to prepare for the sprint at the Flying Pig.
