We both have pretty colorful charts right now. I am doing some other stuff that probably would add up to hour a week but I am so sedate except for working out...not climbing as many roofs as the old days....climb 4 or 5 steep roofs a day and that was a lot of work.
I have a pretty solid date of Dec 31, 2017 as my retirement day. Hope it holds up.
Then you're REALLY going to be great! KOOOOSSSSKKKKIIIIIIIII !!!!!!
I'm so beat up. Even my right shoulder is lame. Does not affect me much except when I try to do weights or stuff to be stronger...weird but I am at the edge of what I am capable of while working...after retirement I would like to run mostly mornings and I think I could get up to about 35 miles a week...IF everything held up and then do so 'mini-mega-mileage' but at the same time I really just want to be able to do this 35 min a day routine...(average) with a long run on Sunday of 5 to 10 miles...and hopefully play golf...
