I should join your training program. It sounds like a really well balanced training/exercise class during a lunch break!
It's really nice to be able to get in on classes like this at work. The quality of the classes is quite good, and tough workouts are almost always better in a group. Usually four different classes to pick from between 11:30 and 1:00. In the spring/summer, they often take some of the bootcamps classes outdoor and also have a running intervals class.
