Discussion: Trail Run in Vancouver

Hey Pete. I am heading to Vancouver this Tuesday and will have time for an afternoon trail run; looks like you run the Lynn Canyon/Baden Powell trail often. Do you recommend this; if so where is a good place to park and what direction would you recommend to head? You and Leanne are welcome to join me but you may need to bring a book to read when waiting for me.

What time? Lynn Valley is awesome - hit Lynn Peak or do the Norvan Falls out and back. Get locked in for a technical run!
