I've said this before but its as true as ever. The first quarter mile especially I feel like some crippled handicapped (physcially...I AM handicapped mentally and emotionally) war veteran that was blown up by a mine or something...Right now I've worked my way through the right front leg not working making me feel like I have MS but the first quarter to half mile its as if I have magnet shoes on running on metal sidewalk...not the stick to the surface feeling but the effort to pick my feet up takes so much will power...not physically as much as mentally. I'm about to bust all my brain cells just to put one foot in front of another...

If I raced I might be in last place for the first quarter mile or so.except for most of the walkers
