what is the goal for Boston?
Sub 3 is the goal, anything else is a bonus. Hard for me to wrap my mind around considering my road marathon PR is 3:11. I have never really raced a marathon before, just only ran them as training runs for the most part.
well.. you are definitely fit enough to go sub 3... easily. just gotta be rested, fueled up, and ready to rip on race day.
Should be interesting for sure. One more week of solid training then taper time.
