Thanks, pleased with how it went. Not sure your result was a fair reflection of your fitness, think you could easily have been a lot nearer the top. JK in SE England next year though!

Musty:

The pavements of London are a poor preparation for decent terrain. As well as JK2017, the next 3 years worth of British middles and sprints are all in familiar terrain.
