That is incredible bad luck to damage your ankle. Hope you recover quickly. Following numerous ankle sprains, a broken ankle and an ankle arthroscopy after years of basketball and orienteering, I now wear these heavy duty, rigid Active Ankle braces for orienteering: http://www.activeankle.com/products/athletic/rigid... . They are superb and work a treat.

@theway seems like I'll be ok for marathon. Seems to be settling down which is a relief.

@AC Looks like a familiar product. Ah yes I know why - I have won. Now if only i had the BRAINS to wear it....... Same as always ankle gets better, I forget its an on-again-off-again problem and stop wearing active ankle or strapping. No one to blame nut myself! lol. Anyway I can be cheerful about it seeing it seems like its ok touch wood.
