I blame it on the moon. I came pretty close this morning, and I usually bolt out of bed for exactly that reason (not a morning person). And one of my gym buddies turned her alarm off, too, only she slept another 30 minutes before realizing she had to get up.

The good news is that I am finally sleeping much better these last few weeks. Still not good falling asleep initially, but I am waking up in the middle of the night less and falling back to sleep easier when I do. Luckily, I have flexible hours, but the later I go in, the later I have to stay, and that makes me more grumpy. :)
I never really mastered a flip turn, so I don't have to worry about doing that by accident. During the time trials, I have been touching the wall and waiting a three count to add time that I think is comparable to ducking under the lane line, which is why I am pretty happy with my times. The next time there are two lanes free next to each other, I will do it for real, even if it does look silly.
