I now feel less lame for logging ice skating as training before. It really does work the legs after about 2 hours.
Why do u have to do roller blade training?
It was 1h50 of non-stop ice skating at as higher speed as I could go... so I've no problem logging it. I'm competing with my team in the Portugal XPD race in Portugal in December. Looks like we're getting a roller blading leg somewhere in it, which is quite common for European adventure races.
Sounds good. I guess it will be the lond type that are similar to skis that u will end up using
