Are you in town or out in the country. It sounds like you are out in the country.

After 23 years can't believe the how busy traffic is. Taking my life in my hands to cross the road. I have a little bit of a speed burst now but not enough if I misjudge how far away cars are...

Sat morning 8:45 and its ridiculous how many idiots are out driving around just to burn up gas and pollute the planet...I am such an environmentalist...when it comes to my running routes anyway.

Saw woman runner moving along pretty quickly at 1.1 mile mark...and behind her was some guy barely moving along...running on a 4 mile square loop (square...loop...whatever) at that part of my run...2 miles later saw the guy again...I had sped up and thus he had too but he still looked to be going slow...thus I guess he thought the same thing about me.

I'm in town these days. Lots of trails though.
Yeah, I'm amazed at the people who pass me. Middle aged women, fat guys, children... I don't even care anymore.

Every Tues we have 25 mph steady winds with 35mph gusts...I was in my first block running into it and feeling especially running dyslexic and with a bad case of MS when I looked up and saw someone running downhill towards me with the wind at his back...luckily I had to turn before he got to me...even running opposite direction it would have been embarrassing...

What I realize now is how many years I ran where I was much slower than the old days and yet still was running fairly quickly...and never ever getting passed.

Those that pass me wonder why I scream at them, "You young whippersnapper...I'll look you up in 25 years and we'll see how fast you running then you big fat showoff scum slime."
