I would have guessed a noticeably higher speed based on how it looked. It looks like you made the approach to the one climb. For future reference there is about a km of paved trail over the short but steepish climb. Also a god 3 km more paved beyond Fairy Lake - beyond the one block of traffic you have to navigate through.
We'll have to have a trike party on the full route.
The hill wasn't overly steep but I was in the middle ring, and running out of time.
Next time we'll do a 3 wheel arm-and-leg powered tour.
The trike cruised in the low 20s ok, but it does feel fast.
No the hill isn't terrible. The turns while climbing can be challenging on the wrong ring - especially if someone is shooting down on a skateboard with their dog. It kicks up a bit second bend from the top but is short enough you can just spin up in the right gear.
