Coach Logan isn't exhausted but he did sleep soundly last night. It was hard work to keep us moving, I guess! Thanks for a fun day. You are ready for your first 50K. I'm sorry I won't be there to cheer you in!

Coach Logan didn't seem to mind me taking his brother to work while he was on the bed with Bash. He may be a touch tired.

That's what I thought until I took him skiing. It's impossible to tire him out!

He's a great coach.

DD - with the cold weather, the trails were hard packed mud covered with a bit of snow. Some downfall to keep things interesting but not too bad. This is a great section of the Bruce.
