Yeah, it was a lot of work. If you cut the week from Monday to Sunday, it was over 30 hours. If Mike logged administration time, though, I'm sure that he would be above 80 hours. Guy would be right up there, too.

Thanks, Dave. There's a lot I didn't log. But Dave also didn't log his driving time to/from NC, the time spent buying and delivering fruit etc to the finish, general go-fer ing to Ace Hardware, and much much more. Thanks for the great help, Dave!
