Just treat it as a 4hr rogaine where you don't have to carry any food because you can leave it at the map change and where there are about 10 drink controls. Also there's less than 700m climb in the 28km.

Hopefully I finish in under four hours otherwise I might end up with another shirt that doesn't fit me in the spot draw.
