but don't be bummed. It can take years of training for run muscles to toughen up, and to learn what remedies can allow you to continue training and similarly what injuries you can train take the long view.

good advice, trying not to freak out . . . this college decision season is stressing me out more than billy . . . such a critical three weeks coming up. his and our next four years will be decided.
