The easier weeks on the Hudson plan I have been loosely following still have 18-24 miles for long runs depending on where in the plan you are but instead of Progression or Marathon efforts thrown in they are just "Easy".
Nice, was thinking of doing 22 "easy" MP+30' or something. But with the 50K looming as well, might do it on trail and just wing it regards to pace if I can find a route that makes sense. Could just do road and trail combo in Golden, might work out best.
