There should be some kinda three strikes rule here.

Um, Anvil, this is just between you and me, mkay? There may, in fact, be no chance of demotion. But you shouldn't come right out and saaaay that. There has to be some small sense of fear in your people. A worry, even if slight, that disappointing you has, shall we say... consequences. Just sayin'.

Trucker hat confiscated for one week for every 5 minutes overtime. Must wear comically oversized clock around next instead.

replace trucker hat with shiny and glittery red running shoes. If OT simply tap together and say there is "no place like ARK, there is no place like ARK"

pretty sure I have a pair of running shoes that fit that description....will wear them next week......AND my trucker hat pleeeaaassse? I really like it!

Ooohhh, I am staying out of this one! I think we should just be rewarded for being on time (it would be a first for me) - when you commit to completing some of Anvil's loops you can't help being late!
