Actually i think this might be one of your sessions Jim?!
Garmin says 3.26 if i added it all up right. The track is pretty windy and it's got a few small hills but my floats were definitely on the too slow side...

Most PPL float to slow, the float is more a slowing of speed, not a rest

The 16 min session we called the Clara, as I devised it for her many moons ago. But I forget exactly what its made of. What are the times by how many that you do?

Oh sorry Jim i never replied!
It was 2x 90, 2x 60, 2x 45, 2x 30, 2x 15. I like it! Pretty perfect for an intervals session when my legs were still needing to recover a bit.

Yep, Thats how I remember it to be. The secret to the session is to not go flat out, basically you push it on the fast, then just turn if of on the float. There isn't really any difference in speed, just in effort

BTW, the Mona is 2x 90, 4x 60, 4x 30 and 4x 15
