Hey AJ, sorry about my radio silence these last few days, I've been running around the backwoods of Switzerland these last few days.

I'm glad you think that way about me. I finished high school last year and am coming to the end of a gap year in Switzerland. Short term I'd like to finish off this year of training for orienteering with a bang at JWOC.

How about you? What have you been up to lately? I saw you had some nice finishes at the flying pig.

Hi, no problem.

Thanks for the response :)
I've been training with the track team lately hoping to build speed, but am not getting much faster... For Orienteering I am attending local events every Sunday and racing at plenty of A-Meets along with practicing navigation through armchair, etc. Nothing too special, but thanks for asking!

AJ was not at the Pig. Perhaps you mixed him up with Thomas.
Everybody else does... ;-D

Oops sorry, definitely meant US champs.
What races are you running in track? I really like the mile and 800 back in my high school days. That's really cool though that your club has local meets every week, totally jealous because the Minnesota club isn't quite as active.

I ran the 2 mile recently, but I really like the mile and 800 as well, I am just not as good at those because I excel at endurance.
